You have a degree in economics or a comparable course of study
You have already completed internships at banks, consultancies, tax consulting or auditing firms in German-speaking countries
You love working on projects and can empathise well with customers
You understand "SUMIF" in Excel and PowerPoint is your paintbox
- You accompany M&A transactions along the entire transaction process
- You create financial models, financial analyses and company valuations
- You prepare industry and competitive analyses
You will assist with process management, workshop preparations, the compilation of relevant presentations and the development of business plans
You are a fundamental and valued member of the team from day one

- Studies in economics or industrial engineering at least in the 4th semester with suitable specializations

- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Participation in the creation of financial models, financial analyzes and company valuations

Working student (m/f/d)
Become a companion and facilitator of exciting projects and great clients – alongside your studies. We are looking for hands-on and reliable support for 10h/week.
Do you want to work on challenging projects in the areas of transactions, strategic advice and financing, whilst still having enough time for studying, partying and learning? We are looking for support for around 10h/week – we are also happy for you to work remotely.
You know your way around outside the campus and have already supervised projects or completed an internship or training – regardless of whether at a company, at your university or in an organisation
You have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
You are an ace at researching and preparing information diligently
You are completely reliable
Researching data, facts and relevant news about people, companies and the capital market
Preparation of financial data for professionals
Support for presentations and documents within the framework of ongoing projects
